Ghost!!!!!!

OK today one of the coolest things happen.  Me (Rocky) and Blair was just hanging at the bands spot, and you know what.  We saw an idea for a new song "HA" got you, but really this song is called Ghost.  Right now this is just Blair's part in that 4 part story thing.  What makes this so awesome, it's that the song is a Jazz tune.  Yes people I said Jazz tune, and it rocks hard (in a Jazz way) as of now.  It still needs drums but man this is a cool song.

Can't wait to show all of you guys what it sounds like.  So get ready for something new, because we are bringing  it down right here.

Random Thoughts

Stress seems to be lurking around the corner.  We fight it off everyday as we go on with our lives.  But its always there at the most unexpected times to put you down, and to mess up your day.  Stress to me, sucks the most when you wake up into it.  When it waits for you to open your sense of surrounding and place.  When there is truly no escape from it.  So I'm trying to fight it.  Trying to relax and rest my head.  Pushing this painful stress away.  Maybe I will put a song on to help me in this battle.  Yes some Coldplay, Damien Rice, Fleetwood Mac, or even a little Griffin House will do.  If that don't help I'll always have my guitar to play.  Wow what a weapon to have.  The perfect thing to fight it off, and take back your life.  Music you calm my soul and my nerves.  If it wasn't for you most people would just give up.  I know you sometimes can't save everyone but your still the hero that most people take for-granted.  The power you have is something we will always need.  You help us move on.

Hey there it's me Rocky, and I just finish a drawing I was working on when I was listening to one of our songs Alisa.  This is just one of the many ideas that I have for this song.  In this one, Alisa sits down in the cold snow and holds herself for warmth.  As someone watches her from a distance.  I wanted to show a little what I think the world would look like.  This is also a style I don't really do but I wanted to do something that is fresh and new to me.  Don't worry their will be more on the way.

A 4 Part Story

Well  we have been thinking about doing a little story that will be told through four separate songs. Each member will have to do one of the songs exclusively, so that each song will have the members own artistic style and mood.  and as for the last song (only three members in the band, and there is four songs) we are going to try to place every major element of the past three songs into it and have this awesome ending of the story.

So as for the story right now we got a lot of ideas going around.  But nothing final right now, if you got any idea's tell us and we will see what we can do. :)

Bounty

Now here we go working on one of our songs.  This one is an old one that we had since the Save Point days as a short song never fully explored.  Its about a crazy western bounty hunter, hunting down his pray.  Now the only reason he is crazy is because he hunts only for the joy of hunting.  He really don't care about the money or any of the other nice perks that come with the job.  He really is just a killer with a mission that the people would agree to.  We played it at a show and it became a hit with the audience, so that's why we wanted to make it a full song.  As for the song right now, it's done.  But it still needs to be recorded, and that is being worked on.  I (Rocky) would like to think that the song takes you out on a journey with this crazy western killer to find out  that he never fails at at what he dose best, and that is killing,  The song rocks out with a lot of style and originality,  and it sound new and fresh to our band.  Its a little different from our normal sound but we like going into new places of music and finding fun ways to play them.

Random Thoughts

Hey this is. Rocky here from the The Planet Pluto, and I was thinking about music and the importance if it in every ones lives.  I can't think of a day were I did not listen to anything that had to do with music, and even if I did I would have hummed something.  There is always that one song that will be in my head or even just something I will be thinking of. Placing it in some kind of tune to make it more of an interest or making something simpler to understand.  Why do we all have that need to do this or am I the only one that thinks this way.  Is our brain in some kind of hidden tempo that keeps us in a constant state of melody and song.

This is just one of my random thoughts that I have from time to time.  So I would like to know what song is in your head right now, and in what tempo do you like to function at in everyday life (slow or fast)?  Tell me I would like to know.
